An amazing opportunity has risen for a highly motivated and ambitious Registered Domiciliary Care Manager with experience in setting up a branch.
The right candidate will have the following competences;
a) An exceptional knowledge of CQC guidelines and a strong history of good CQC inspections.
b) Qualifications up to QCF Level 4 or working towards it.
c) A good understanding of cost and budget management.
d)The ability to foster a caring, positive and supportive working environment.
e) Good people, resources, and information management skills.
Pay is highly competitive (£30,000-£33,000) with great benefits.

The role is a front-line leadership role within a residential care setting. As a care manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations within the care home, including staff recruitment, chairing meetings, delivering training, ensuring health and safety compliance, ensuring any regulatory activities are delivered within regulations, provision of information, advice, and support to residents’ families, managing budgets and ensuring that the quality of the services provided meets national care standards.
