About you

  • Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives.
  • You will be comfortable working in a hospital, care or nursing home environment.
  • You will be compassionate, reliable, skilled and professional. 
  • Have at least 6 months’ experience.
  • You must have a valid NMC PIN, knowledge of the MHA (1983) would be an advantage.
  • You must be able to delegate duties and lead a team of Support/Care Workers on shift.
  • You must have excellent interpersonal skills and utilise person centred approach at all times.
